Happy Thanksgiving!

I am thankful for so much this year. The last few years we were in pity mode... not able to afford a house in California and in a cramped apartment. Now I love our house, our city, our family... I am very happy here. We are spending Thanksgiving with friends and friends of friends, which should be fun. My only sadness is that I miss my family and West coast friends. But I guess I can't have everything.

Of course, our happiest thing is I have a baby growing inside me. This is the first week (week 25) that I have really felt him moving, like he's doing flips and swimming laps. Evan will now point to my tummy and say "baby," though today when Jerry asked him where the baby was, he just pointed to his candy and said, "pink candy... Evan's... potty..." We are potty training and he gets Pez when he makes it. Another thing to be thankful for.

This blog needs...

This puppy needs to get some life breathed into it again. Before baby gets here in March, I hope to redesign the site, add some pictures, add new content and all around get this thing shaking again. Stay tuned.

New things from E:
He now likes his bath and he goes to sleep on his own and in his own bed. Amen.

He says his own name "Eben", Austin is "Awten", Zach is "Dak" and he pronounces Channing as "Channing." Go figure.

It take him nearly 10 minutes to eat 1 lifesaver. He savours every sticky morsel.

He calls farting "bubble poop"
