The sweetest baby
Isaac is turning out to be such a lovable and sweet baby. Not that I am surprised. Lately, whenever I have him upstairs in the glider (like if I am about to put him to bed), he will take my cheeks in his chubby little hands and plant big, wet kisses on my face. He heads straight for my nose but I let him kiss my cheek. It is so sweet.
He has a gummy, wonderful smile.
He still laughs at Evan every time he does the smallest, silliest thing.
Isaac started semi-crawling over the weekend. He does the alternating hand/knee switch, but his tummy is only 50% off the ground... probably because he is so chubby. He can also sit up unassisted for about 5 seconds before he falls to one side.
Oh, he has started doing this cute thing... try it with me: suck in your lower lip so that it can't be seen. Then make an MMMM sound while smacking your lips. Look as cute, innocent, and focused as possible. That's what he does to entertain himself.
And while he is still really laid back, he has started making his voice heard. His cries are a little louder and more frequent than ever before, mostly when he wants to be held.
I can't wait to see what he will grow up to be. :)
